The details,
plainly answered.
Clear answers about papers, health, deposits, payment, and meeting your puppy.
Why don't the puppies have registration papers?
They're raised and sold as companion pets, not show or breeding stock, so the litter isn't registered with a kennel club. We disclose this upfront in every listing and conversation — it's reflected in the price.
Do you ship puppies?
No. Pickup is local to Monroe, MI, or we'll meet you partway — always in person, never a shipping crate. Your puppy's first in-person meeting is at pickup, once they're at least 7 weeks old and vaccinated.
What's the health guarantee?
Every puppy comes with a 72-hour window to have your own vet examine them. If your vet finds an undisclosed pre-existing condition in that window, we'll work with you.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
A $200 non-refundable deposit holds a puppy and is applied to the final price. It's what lets us take a puppy off the market for you, so it isn't refunded if you change your mind.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash at pickup, or a payment app balance that's fully settled before handoff — not just a pending notification.
Can I meet the puppy before it's 7 weeks old?
Not in person — for their health and immune systems, we don't allow visits before 7 weeks old and their first vaccination. Until then, you'll get to know your puppy through photos, videos, and their personality profile, and a deposit reserves them sight-unseen. Your first in-person meeting is at pickup.
